If you're reading this, there's a good chance you already know how to succeed. What brought you here is probably something quieter than that, a sense that succeeding isn't quite the same as arriving. It's a feeling I've come to recognize in a lot of people who look, from the outside, like there's nothing left to figure out.
That recognition didn't start in a coaching room. It started decades ago, when I was still an engineer, long before I had language for any of this.
I didn't start out trying to understand people. I started out trying to understand systems. Somewhere on a factory floor, an alarm would go off and a line would stop, and everyone standing near it would look to me. Something was broken, or underperforming, or quietly going wrong in a way that kept resurfacing no matter how many times someone patched it, and the only way through was tracing it back to what was actually causing it, not just its latest symptom.
Somewhere else, there was no alarm at all. Just silence, an empty floor, a requirement document, sometimes only an idea. Nothing to fix yet, because nothing existed yet, a product, a plant, an entire system built from concept to design to the people trained to run it once it was standing. And sometimes it wasn't empty at all, but a system already in motion that simply needed to reach its next stage, carried further rather than started from zero.
I didn't have language for it then, but I was already living inside two different kinds of work. One I'd come to call remedial. The other, generative. I didn't know it then, but I was already practicing the two things I still do with people today.
Somewhere in those consulting years, I picked up a habit I never really put down. After every project, successful or not, I'd go back through it in my head, asking two questions. Where did this actually succeed, and where did it fail. And underneath that, a harder one I still ask myself today: where could I have handled it better, knowing what I know now.
The first question taught me something I didn't expect. It was never really the technology, or even the method, that decided whether something worked. It was the people. Whether they understood not just what to do but why, and whether they were genuinely motivated rather than simply told to comply. Whether they believed in a goal their own leaders actually stood behind, or quietly knew their leaders didn't.
The second question never fully resolved, and I don't think it's supposed to. It's the same question that eventually turned me from someone solving problems in systems and businesses into someone doing that work with people directly.
I didn't realize it at the time, but I was already coaching, years before I called it that. It was more like something quiet had been growing in me the whole time, waiting for the right opening, and more than once I tried to ignore it and it wouldn't let me. Every workshop where I refused to move on until I saw real understanding, not just nodding. Every audit where the gap I found was never really the process, but the people around it. That was already the work, finding its way out. Naming it coaching, eventually, wasn't really a decision. It was just no longer possible to ignore.

That's also why I've never been able to run coaching off a fixed script, and why I don't think I ever will. In more than three decades of solving problems, first in machines and systems, now in people, I can count on one hand the number of times the same solution worked twice in exactly the same way. Every situation had its own shape. The method had to bend to that shape, not the other way around.
So when someone works with me, what we build together is built around them, not pulled off a shelf. Some of it draws on structured ways of thinking about problems that I picked up long before I was a coach, the discipline of finding a genuinely new answer instead of the nearest familiar one. But the discipline itself isn't the point. The point is that you are not a category. You are not "the founder type" or "the overwhelmed executive type." You are a specific person with a specific shape to what you're carrying, and the work has to actually meet that, or it's just motion, not change.

"Coaching with Sanjay has been a life-changing experience that has rules in my professional and personal life. Till the end of the program, they're applicable in my everyday real life experiences and lessons learned become a part of my daily routine.
When I was running operations in a bakery business, I was very strong on the technical side, and there was a situation where I had to lead through others instead of doing it all myself. Sanjay showed me this pattern clearly. Operational excellence and business strategy were part of the coaching, but it went much deeper than the operations themselves.
Some years later, in a new environment and under new pressure, those old patterns resurfaced. I found myself working harder with the team, pushing what needed to be done, but the results weren't shifting. So I reached out to Sanjay again, and this time we worked on choosing the few things that truly mattered and putting real energy behind them. Same lesson, new situation, and it worked again.
I hope to enjoy many more sessions with Sanjay as my coach. The lessons learned are not only applicable in the work environment, but also in my private life. It helps me to organize and focus better on the things that really matter. Today, I'm running my own consultancy close to my family and still carry these lessons with me in my leadership and in my life."

"I went through a traumatic family relationship issue and I used to dwell and only re-live the negative past memories. Sanjay helped me to shift my thinking patterns to positive thinking. I know look more on the positive things that are going on in my life.
I have had a deep shift in my thinking patterns. Now the past and the people who had initially made life so devastating don't actually mean much. Therefore, the results of Sanjay's techniques are permanent. He has many tools that we use like calm and relaxed meditation, and various energy release techniques like tapping, healing. My physical health seems so much better; I used to have chronic shoulder pain which has now completely gone.
My purpose in life is now clear. He helped me identify my vision on earth, and we are now working on how to achieve it.
Sanjay is so calm and it's so easy to openly talk to him and his sessions are so inspiring that at the end of it I feel so light and at the top of the world and confident. I feel very privileged and grateful to be coached by Sanjay. Thank you very much."

"Operational business excellence is the need of the hour. We were very untouched to the excellence initiatives to our organization. Sanjay Jolly sir provided a firm understanding towards the Operational excellence and productivity improvement techniques through which we bench-marked ourselves.
Also, through the high-end and focused approach of Total Productive Management initiative in our organization, He provided us with in-depth knowledge of the topics he covered, and they remained all and ever in the minds of the teams.
Over time, our conversations went beyond the workplace also, into leadership, into life, and into his way of thinking, which I still draw on today."

"I had always wondered if I could change myself to be able to work and think like people who are successful, people who can think. It was like life was a big equation, and the more I thought about it, the more confusing it sounded to me. At that point I met Sanjay. He started coaching me on personal development.
The feeling and purpose of my life changed. I start looking at everything from a different angle. He taught me various techniques such as meditation, breathing exercise, visualization, etc.
My life has changed, I now look forward to living each and every day.
At a point I was feeling my business was not expanding regardless of whatever technique or strategy we tried. It felt we had hit a dead end. I discussed this with Sanjay and he mentioned he can help us see the broader picture.
Upon engaging with Sanjay my business started making sense to me. He made us realise where we had gone wrong, where we had come from, where we are and what we need to do to achieve our goals. He helped us strategize and work in an efficient way.
After engaging with Sanjay we realised no goal is too big to achieve and the sky is never the limit.
It is a pleasure to be coached by Sanjay."

He believes in creating own structures for making standardization instead of following pre-printed formats. One can adopt methodology of doing project wholeheartedly with his guidance. His teaching style lets learners at any age learn in a relaxed and fun environment.

"Before I used to feel quite lost, disorganized, and also dwell on the past. I started doubting myself on whether i could be successful.
This was very stressful, Sanjay showed me some simple techniques to deal with stress such as breathing exercises and simple energy techniques like tapping, to release stress from the body. Sanjay my savior, helped in giving me a direction to follow.
I was able to set up goals and also align my daily tasks with my goals. After a life coaching session with Sanjay, I feel very motivated on acting upon the things as soon as I can. Thank you, Sanjay"
